Who Should Take This Class?

Anger is a normal instinctive emotion that usually starts when we feel hurt, threatened or frustrated by another person or situation. The angry reaction is considered healthy if the obstacle irritates us enough to motivate and take action to resolve the conflict in a respectful and honest way. In contrast, if the anger is chronic, rageful and aggressive enough to scare others, than it can be a serious problem. Living your life in this way can ultimately undermine close relationships, keep you stuck at a certain level in your career and even cause domestic violence or run-ins with the law.

Anger Class Online for South Carolina residents is a perfect resource for individuals who are interested in regaining balance and repairing their life. Many of us learned how to react to situations that make us angry by modeling the behavior we witnessed in our childhood. However, with proper training can all learn new skills to respond in a civilized, ethical and reasonable way. Our Internet based programs are also often used to satisfy court and workplace requirements. Our programs are high quality in content and presentation and can be taken from any WIFI connected computer device like a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone. It is a highly beneficial way of learning the material for anyone who has an irregular work schedule and just can’t make it to the same weekly in-person class. Or, for someone who desires privacy as they are completely self-paced and can be taken from the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of your own home, 24 hours a day.

How It Works

Once you purchase and enroll in a class, you own it. You can login whenever you have free time, then log out when you need to. This could mean that you take the class for 20 minutes one day and 2 hours the next. The computer program automatically holds your last spot so when you log back in you will resume from where you left off. This format is particularly beneficial for clients that are under a quick deadline to get the court requirement fulfilled. Specifically, a traditional 12 hour in-person anger class generally meets once a week and will take 3 months to complete. Our online program allows participants to complete the hours at their own discretion. Therefore, a 12-hour class could be finished in one weekend if necessary.

One Price. No Hidden Costs!

We can also make the Certificate available for you to download from your computer upon your request.

Our Corporate Guarantee

Anger Class Online is widely accepted in jurisdictions throughout the country. All our programs are designed and written by Dr. Ari Novick, Ph.D., a licensed and practicing Family Therapist and Anger Management Specialist. While our classes have been accepted in areas like Spartanburg, Clemson, West Columbia, Charleston and Summerville, we always suggest that our clients get prior approval from your judge, probation officer or attorney before enrolling. This is because it is up to the judge as to whether he or she will accept a distance-learning course for your particular case. However, if one of our customers takes our course and then finds out that it is not accepted for their specific legal requirements, we offer a 100% refund. All you have to do is fax or mail us written proof of decline from the court system or your attorney within 60 days of class purchase and we will credit your card back in full.

South Carolina History of Anger Issues

The Palmetto State has an interesting political history. It was the first of the 13 colonies to declare independence from England during the American Revolution and the first state to ratify the Articles of Confederation. South Carolina also became the first to vote to secede from the Union which it followed through on in 1860. The issue was that residents thought the government was becoming too strong and that it shouldn’t tell them to abolish slavery because their way of life depended on it. During the Civil War, the state experienced about 18,666 military deaths, which was almost 1/3 of the total white male population. By 1868 the state was readmitted to the U.S.

According to the Census Bureau, in 2012 South Carolina ranked as the 9th poorest state. Today the unemployment rate is hovering around 8.1%, making it the 14th highest in the country. About 20% of the population lives in mobile homes and the rural population is around 40%. Some large corporations have moved to the state because it is a “right to work state”. This option gives employees the ability to decide for themselves if they want to join and support a union. Big companies like this idea because they can offer lower wages and they don’t have responsibility of offering healthcare benefits to temporary employees. While this policy might have some pros, many workers find it difficult to cover health insurance costs with low wages and it can contribute to the ongoing poverty issues the state has battled with.

South Carolina Client Testimonial

“My employer required me to take an anger management course after an argument that I had with a colleague at work. The whole thing was ridiculous, but I had to follow through or possibly lose my job. I found your course online and was able to take it stress-free at home. The material was easy to read and actually very helpful. I recommended it to our human resource department for other employees who could use some anger training. Thank you!” David B. - Rock Hill, SC
