Anger Class Online for West Virginia is the premier program for individuals who are ready to gain control of how they express their anger. Anger is an emotion that we all experience as a result of feeling unfairly treated or when something doesn’t go as planned. It’s a completely acceptable, normal and healthy reaction when displayed in an appropriate manner. However, it can become a problem when the response is too intense and happens too frequently. If the behavior is starting to cause you problems at work, within your close relationships or with the law, it’s time to think about anger management classes. Years of studies have shown that individuals can learn to change their behavior and get control of their anger when utilizing specific research-based techniques. Our courses teach participants these skills and are often used to fulfill legal, court and workplace requirements as well as for self-improvement needs.

We are proud of our program and stand behind it 100%. While we have experienced acceptance nationwide as well as in areas like Morgantown, Wheeling, Clarksburg and Martinsburg, we always suggest that our clients get prior approval to take an online course for their particular requirements from their judge, probation officer, social worker or attorney. This is because every case is different and in some situations a court might have a specific class in mind. However, if you do take our class and then find out that your legal system won’t accept it, we offer a 100% refund. Simply fax or email us written proof of decline or proof of enrollment in another program, within 60 days of class purchase and we will credit your card back in full.

We Are Here To Help!

Just because you are taking an online class doesn’t mean you can’t have any human contact. We value our customers and are available from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. PST during the workweek to help you enroll or answer any questions that come up while you are taking the class. If you get our voice mail, simply leave a message and either Dr. Novick or a staff member will get back to you shortly. We can also be reached via email 365 days a year.

Anger Management Issues in West Virginia

The Mountain State is no question one of the most beautiful places to live in the U.S. It is still blessed with a lower population, ranked at 38th most populous in the country. It has a wide range of outdoor opportunities to partake in like hiking, trout fishing, backpacking, whitewater rafting and skiing. The state even weathered the beginning of the recession well as it was one of ten states that grew economically in 2009 while in the rest of the country, per capita fell. However, residents in the state also have their challenges. West Virginia is the top coal producer in the country; therefore many generations of families have made livings off of coal mining. The physicality of this job has contributed to a high number of people with chronic back pain which has created an epidemic of prescription drug addiction to pain relievers like Oxycontin. Furthermore, according to the Huffington Post, Charleston was ranked 3rd among “Divorce Capitals of the U.S.”. West Virginia has approximately 5 divorces per 1,000 people, making it the 5th highest divorce rate in the country. Studies show that generally the younger people get married, the higher the chances of divorce. At an average age of 25, young adults in West Virginia tend to get married earlier than most of the country. Many of our clients in West Virginia take anger class online for self-improvement purposes to learn how to better manage their stress, as well as improve their marriage before it ends in divorce.

West Virginia Client Testimonial

“Great class! My employer told me to take it before coming back to work after I got into it with another guy at the worksite. Long hours on the job and troubles at home were stressing me out. The problems haven’t gone away, but this course taught me how to better handle my anger.” Ken L. – Charleston, WV
