I Guess I Got off Pretty Easy

I guess I got off relatively easy, although I wish I had really kicked that guy's butt to be honest. I was out with this girl, in fact she had asked me out and maybe she intended for this guy to see her with me. I was just sitting around drinking a beer and talking about sports with her brothers, when this guy started acting real tough.. If I had been feeling differently maybe I would have laughed it off or just walked away, but instead I stepped on his foot and punched him. That would have been enough for me, but he wanted more and pretty soon the police were pulling me off him. I ended up paying the court costs and a small fine, but I have to go to anger management classes now. I hope that is not as boring as it sounds. Of course thing could have turned out worse.
